Looking back 20 years to our humble beginnings in the metals business, we at Monmet are struck by the ever-expanding range of unique and unlikely projects we have worked on. Building a global reputation for problem-solving in project management, consulting and design, company president and founder Mark Cahill has assembled a like-minded team of agents who share his innate curiosity and Outside-the-Box philosophy. Monmet was founded on possibilities, not limitations, and we’ve never turned down a challenge. Over a rich two-decade history of growth and ingenuity, we’ve partnered with manufacturers and welcomed clientele from industries that would initially have been beyond the scope of our enterprise, forging business relationships from Montreal to points on five continents. That approach has taken us into exciting ventures on the progressive edge of mining, cement, power generation, pulp & paper and wood processing, and recently spawned an entirely new company division, Monmet Technologies.
